Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a general warehouse worker in Joplin, MO. You will operate production and packaging equipment, load materials, and assist with quality checks to ensure compliant, clean, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and packaging equipment on the floor.
• Load raw materials onto production lines and stage supplies for packaging.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with changeovers.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ensure products are prepped and ready for shipping after finalization.

As a general warehouse worker, your Key Responsibilities are:

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor repetitive and non-repetitive production machinery and packaging equipment on the manufacturing floor.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, monitor product weights, inspect packaging, and identify any defects to ensure products meet production standards.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, executing standard cleaning procedures during shift transitions and equipment changeovers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and fellow team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and meet daily production goals.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials onto production lines, stage packaging supplies, and finalize products to prepare them for shipping.
