Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in Tallahassee, FL. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, drive customer service excellence, and manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.

The role offers a four-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, three days off, a competitive salary ($55,000–$80,000) with performance bonuses and $15/hour Appreciation Pay, plus health benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching track record and team development.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
