Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment around moving equipment and personnel.
• Ability to read a tape measure or ruler accurately.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel & bend over for long periods.
• Effective teamwork and communication across roles.
• Safety‑sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Entry level welcomed and trainable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow company safety policies.
• Operate or assist in machine operations including setup, packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, and sorting.
• Assist operators in efficient machine center operation.
• Maintain quality by adhering to customer standards and performing checks.
• Understand work orders, load tags, timesheets, and palletizing instructions.
• Input data into computer systems accurately.
• Perform quality checks on finished corrugated products and identify defects.
• Maintain production efficiencies and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Follow department communication, schedules, time/attendance systems, and reporting.
