Job summary

Silgan Containers Manufacturing Corporation is seeking personnel for a 6PM - 6AM shift in Menomonee Falls, WI. Training wage starts at $26.58/hour, increasing to $27.91/hour with progression. Overtime, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

The role includes on-the-job training, safety initiatives, and potential advancement within a leading metal packaging producer. Candidates need a High School diploma or GED and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong can-do attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the waxers, stackers, load turners, and other associated equipment.
• Remove tinplate from oven conveyor.
• Prepare materials for handling, strapping, wrapping and shipment of coated plate.
• Visually inspect production for quality and report issues.
• Notify supervisor of plates with questionable quality.
• Record production, spoilage and related items as required.
• Perform visual inspection, DMS data entry, wax coverage check, repair misstacked bundles, and sort plates.
