Job summary

Crown Beverage Packaging, La Crosse WI is looking for a General Laborer to support cleaning of processing equipment, assist with label changes, and move materials and parts. You will sort cans for defects and provide break relief as needed.

The role uses a 12-hour night shift (6:30 PM–6:30 AM) with a 4 days on/4 days off rotation in a manufacturing setting, emphasizing safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and precision are highly desirable.
• Strong math and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned processing equipment.
• Assist with label changes.
• Pick up and move materials and machine parts.
• Provide support for break relief.
• Sort cans for visual defects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
