Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Picking & Replenishment Supervisor for our Frozen Food Distribution center in North Carolina. You will lead case picking, replenishment, and product movement while upholding cold chain, food safety, and high operational standards.

You will supervise hourly associates and forklift operators, assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and inventory control using RF scanning and our WMS system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with frozen or cold storage experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of picking, replenishment, put away, and inventory management processes.
• Experience supervising hourly warehouse associates and equipment operators.
• Proficiency with WMS systems, RF scanning technology, and productivity reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking activities, case selection, pallet building, verification, labeling, and staging.
• Lead outbound operations and monitor real-time progress to ensure on-schedule orders.
• Manage replenishment of pick slots and verify WMS-directed put away transactions.
• Ensure FEFO rotation and cold chain integrity in all storage and handling.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff, conduct safety training, and support performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Maintenance, and IT to optimize operations.
• Support reporting of productivity, accuracy, and associate performance to leadership.
