Job summary

St. Sophia Health & Rehab is seeking a friendly Receptionist for the night shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM). Responsibilities include handling calls, greeting visitors, routing mail, and data entry while supporting a high standard of resident care.

Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, 3–5 years in office management, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. We offer PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of office management and bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system and paging system.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Send and receive/route incoming faxes.
• Responsible for outgoing mail and sorting/routing incoming mail.
• Maintain fax and postage machines.
• Data entry as assigned.
• Miscellaneous filing.
• Covid testing and Covid testing logs.
