Central Garden & Pet is hiring a Mixer/Formulator/Compounder for the night shift at our Dallas, TX facility. The role involves preparing liquid and dry mixes, verifying materials, and maintaining safe production processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform equipment cleanouts and changeovers, and read, write, and converse in English. The position offers a night shift with 10-hour days and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to mix liquid and dry blends for high-quality product.
• Verify materials in production area and ensure correct.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate safely.
• Must read, write and converse in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix liquid and/or dry mixes to produce high-quality product.
• Verify materials in the production area are correct.
• Clean out and change over equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety, alertness, and proper PPE usage.
