Job summary

Chestnut Labs is seeking a dedicated filler operator to join our Dallas team. You will clean, set up, operate, and monitor the production line, ensuring packaging quality and process efficiency. You will document everything per SOPs and participate in continuous improvement.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Night shifts are offered with a pay rate shown below and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, set up, and monitor production line equipment and filling operations.
• Complete documentation and quality checks as required.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging; adjust filler timing as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating difficulties and report issues.
• Collect samples for quality assurance testing; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Prepare equipment for next run, including size changes and line changeovers.
