Job summary

Eagle Staffing Solutions is seeking a Blender/Compounder for a full-time, temp-to-permanent manufacturing role. You will set up mixing tanks, weigh ingredients, and follow batch sheets to prepare chemical batches used in pool, automotive, and cleaning products.

The position requires reading English batch instructions, operating forklifts, maintaining daily paperwork, and ensuring safety with PPE. Work hours include weekend and overnight shifts with flex scheduling based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow batch sheets and mixing instructions in English.
• Experience with chemical blending or compounding preferred.
• Forklift operation ability is required; certification preferred.
• Must maintain accurate daily paperwork and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mixing tanks and blending equipment.
• Weigh and add chemicals per batch sheets.
• Monitor blends for accuracy and quality; log results.
• Fill drums and provide product-line support.
• Maintain daily inventory and complete production paperwork.
