Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators. You will load and unload, sort pallets, and keep a clean, safe workspace while supporting production.

We offer $19/hr, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance), PTO, holidays, 401k with ESOP and profit sharing. The shift is Saturday–Monday, 6pm–4:30am, with an extra day possible based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials safely with a forklift.
• Sort pallets according to product specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.
• Meet daily production goals with accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize incidents.
