Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic forklift operators to join our operations team. Load/unload, pallet handling, and maintain safety while meeting daily production goals.

We offer pay at $20/hour plus $1/hour differential, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k/ESOP, paid time off and holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred; training provided.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong teamwork and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with forklift to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols and reduce incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with packaging as needed.
