Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking for a forklift operator in New Jersey to support daily club operations. You will operate a forklift, load/unload merchandise, inspect deliveries, and ensure safe pallet handling while delivering a positive service experience to Members.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a bustling retail environment with on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload merchandise to/from delivery trucks and inspect deliveries.
• Lift, reserve and move pallets to and from the overhead racks and sales floor.
• Transport merchandise and pallets using a pallet jack as needed.
• Stock and rotate general merchandise and food items.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and greet Members to provide service.
