Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Forklift Operator with LTL experience in Groveport, OH for 3rd shift. The role focuses on moving products throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment and requires certification and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Weekend availability and overtime may be required.

You will pull routes, load and unload trucks with drivers, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment. TSA and OSHA guidelines must be followed.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred
• Must operate forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap
• RF scan gun experience required
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
• Excellent reading and comprehension of work instructions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• English language proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers with loading/unloading
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, and similar tasks
• Identify and document overages, shortages, and damages
• Maintain timely packaging and system accuracy
• Follow TSA and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
• Perform additional duties as assigned
