lululemon is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Groveport, OH. You will operate an Order Picker and forklift to pick and move merchandise within the distribution center, supporting tasks across receiving, packing, transfers, and shipping while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights or weekends. Strong attention to detail and team collaboration are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Order Picker experience of 6+ months; forklift exp is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Comfort with heights and PPE usage.
• Adaptability to RF scanners and voice picking systems.
• Good counting and detail orientation.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights/holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric Order Picker/loader to pick, move, and stage merchandise.
• Support all DC areas: receiving, returns, packing, transfers, shipping.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow DC guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with team members; adapt to department needs as required.
• Perform non-driving tasks in addition to forklift duties.
