Job summary

Maersk in Groveport, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator for a 3rd shift (4/10s: Wed-Sat, 7pm-5:30am). You will move products across the warehouse using MHE and support loading/unloading with drivers. Valid forklift certification and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must be Forklift Certified
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred
• Able to use forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap material
• Experience using a RF scan gun required

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products and other duties
• Must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately
• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned.
