Qualifications

• 1–2 years forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
• Broad knowledge of distribution center methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with product catalog numbers and handling characteristics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts to load and transport products within the warehouse.
• Process pick tickets, perform full pallet picking, and shuttle pallets for order processing.
• Interact with management software systems and label printers; read work orders to determine assignments.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions and assist with other duties as needed.
