Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Forklift Operator - Shipping in Northlake, TX. You will operate a range of forklift equipment to load, transport, and stage products within the warehouse, and process orders with scanning and labeling systems.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, inventory accuracy, and supporting other distribution center tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
• Broad knowledge of distribution center methods and procedures.
• Ability to understand daily goals and maximize warehouse capacity.

Responsibilities

• Operate dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts to load and transport products.
• Process pick tickets, perform full pallet picking, and shuttle pallets for final order processing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts and keeping the area clean and safe.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and support cross-training in other DC functions.
