Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
• Familiarity with distribution center methods and procedures.
• Understanding of daily goals and warehouse capacity.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for forklift operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a stand-up forklift for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate dock stockers and various forklifts to load and transport products.
• Process pick tickets, perform full pallet picking, and shuttle pallets for order processing.
• Interact with management software and label printers; read work orders to determine needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; keep the work area clean, debris-free, and safe.
• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions and perform daily forklift inspections.
