Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Forklift Operator to help receive, move, and ship pallets in a fast-paced, lean warehouse environment in Ohio. The role requires operating stand-up/high-low forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Schedule is Saturday night through Wednesday night. The position is physical, involves varied temperatures and overtime when needed, and offers an opportunity to join a family‑operated company delivering meals nationwide since 1999.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently.
• Good basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Stand-up forklift or high-low forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound receipts.
• Load and ship outbound pallets.
• Pick and load pallets for shuttle to the Ohio Kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and refill before depletion.
• Move and store quality-impacted pallets as directed by Tech Services.
• Monitor warehouse temperatures and notify a Supervisor if out of tolerance.
• Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized.
• Scan all moved products to keep inventory records accurate.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
• Handle palletized and non-palletized freight using pallet jack and forklift.
