Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Jackson, OH warehouse. You will receive and put away inbound goods, load outbound pallets, and pick/ship pallets for shuttle to the Ohio Kitchen in a fast-paced lean environment.

The role requires forklift/pallet jack experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong English communication. Schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00am–3:00pm, onsite with safety and accuracy emphasized.

Qualifications

• Stand-up and sit-down forklift, electric and manual pallet jack experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak/read/write in English fluently.
• Good basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and put-away of all inbound receipts.
• Loading and shipping all outbound pallets.
• Picking and loading pallets for shuttle to the Ohio Kitchen.
• Monitoring inventory levels and refilling before depletion.
• Move, and put-away quality impacted pallets as directed by Tech Services.
• Monitor warehouse temperatures and notify a Supervisor if out of tolerance.
• Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized.
• All moved products must be scanned timely and accurately for inventory accuracy.
