Job summary

CREMER North America, LP is seeking a Night Shift Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator to support the Flaking department. You will operate forklift and other equipment, move supersacks, perform washouts and changeovers, and document procedures to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (2+ years preferred), and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3) with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or earning within designated period following date of hire.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year of continuous work history with a company required; 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to work a 12-hour shift with rotating schedule; 2-2-3 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage.
• Perform washouts and changeovers.
• Follow GMP, safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain 5S and documentation.
• Transfer inventory via scanning and required paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
