Job summary

Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Bag Room Operator 1 to help ensure smooth operation of the Flaking department. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, support production goals, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, and a willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Overtime and developmental opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required.
• 1 year of continuous work history required.
• Willing to work a 12-hour shift with rotating schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift, to support production goals.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage after processing.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards and document performed tasks.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
