Job summary

Peter Cremer North America LP is seeking a Night Shift Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator in Cincinnati, OH. You will report to the Flaking Supervisor and ensure the continuous and safe operation of the Flaking department to meet production goals while maintaining quality.

The role involves a 2-2-3 rotation with 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend. Required is a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year of continuous work history with a company required; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage after processing.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Follow procedures and properly document manufactured product.
• Maintain 5S standards and complete autonomous maintenance as needed.
• Transfer inventory through electronic scanning and required paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement activities and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
