Job summary

Cremer North America, LP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Day/A Shift Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator. Reporting to the Flaking Supervisor, you will operate a stand-up forklift and support the Flaking department to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (2+ preferred), and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent expected.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year of continuous work history with a company required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift and material handling equipment.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage after processing.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Document processes and follow GMP/quality procedures.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
• Assist in safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
