You will operate and monitor forging equipment, load furnaces for heat treatment, read blueprints, and perform precision inspections to ensure quality. Candidates must read and follow process instructions, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and process documentation.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaces.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor forging equipment (ring mills, hydraulic presses, expanders).
• Load/unload furnaces and perform heat treat operations according to specs.
• Follow work instructions and process control requirements for consistent production.
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with precision tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications; ensure AS9100 compliance.
• Record production data and non-conformances; monitor process variables.
• Maintain clean, safe 5S work environment; operate cranes/forklifts as needed.
