Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Northlake, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support the Production team during the night shift. You will perform audits and tests from incoming raw materials through finished products, ensuring product wholesomeness and adherence to quality standards.

The role emphasizes providing technical support, monitoring processing and packaging integrity, and documenting results in the Quality Computer System.

Qualifications

• Following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and tests from raw material to finished product to ensure wholesomeness.
• Provide technical support with emphasis on consumer requirements and quality.
• Monitor product processing, packaging integrity, and document verification for QA and measurement.
• Take action on quality nonconformities and record results in QA system.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure equipment is calibrated regularly.
