Job summary

Schwan's in Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time production operator in a food manufacturing environment. You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and batch formulas, and perform quality checks to ensure product appearance and safety.

You will also complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP and SOPs. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with a $1.50 night shift differential; overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates and equipment operation.
• Complete quality checks and required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, SAP, SOPs).
