Job summary

Schwan's is seeking a full-time production team member to support line start-up and daily operations in a food manufacturing setting. You will manage equipment, monitor line speeds, and ensure product quality while conforming to safety and HACCP standards.

The role requires 1+ year manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work 6P–6A with overtime as plant schedules demand. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and works in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates; operate and monitor equipment.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product safety.
• Complete downtime and HACCP paperwork and follow SAP SOPs.
