Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a production operator to execute daily schedules on the third shift (7pm-3:30am), Monday through Friday. You will ensure timely, accurate production of products, set up equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1+ year of production experience in food manufacturing and basic HMI skills. You will follow allergen controls and participate in safety and training programs, with benefits and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of production procedures preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
• Machine operator experience desired.
• Basic HMI experience desired.
• Ability to communicate with peers and leadership.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of product and setup equipment as needed.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery safely.
• Handle ingredients, including staging, measuring and mixing.
• Complete all required paperwork to company standards.
• Follow cleaning procedures in the production area.
• Adhere to allergen control program guidelines and verification activities.
• Take corrective action based on audits and supervisor direction.
• Investigate issues, find root causes, and develop solutions in production.
• Resolve food safety and quality deficiencies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and safety program adherence.
• Participate in mandatory training requirements.
• Comply with food safety requirements, training, policies and procedures.
