Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a production operator to execute daily schedules on the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) in Minnesota. You will operate and troubleshoot bakery equipment, process ingredients, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across production lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Basic HMI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and effectively.
• Handle ingredients, set up equipment, and ensure processing standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and allergen control guidelines.
• Participate in training and comply with safety policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
