Job summary

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Machine Operator for the Avon, NY Lunchables production line. You will operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Role requires ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and to obtain necessary safety certifications. Training and teamwork are emphasized in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to obtain required operational and safety certifications.
• Previous manufacturing, food manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
• Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and take corrective action as needed.
• Verify product quality, component placement, and packaging integrity.
• Complete production documentation and downtime tracking.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement.
