Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Backline Operator for its Avon, NY facility. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment for Lunchables products, ensure product quality and traceability, and support sanitation and safety requirements on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to obtain required operational and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Back Card Placers, Case Packers, overhead conveyors, and related packaging equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions on equipment.
• Verify BOM and material traceability; document required records accurately and timely.
• Maintain housekeeping and support QRMP audits and continuous improvement activities.
