Job summary

The role blends chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis with close collaboration with Production and QA/QC teams. Night shift 6:30pm–3:00am; candidates should have 1+ year of lab experience and a commitment to Good Laboratory Practices and accurate data reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a lab environment; food lab preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals and diagrams for equipment set-up.
• Ability to write reports and deliver clear presentations; data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical analysis on samples; adjust ingredients.
• Discuss results with production and QA teams; recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct microbiological analyses on provided samples.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; ensure GLP compliance.
• Maintain clean work area and proper sample disposal; assist with inventory.
