Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA is seeking a QC Inspector for the 11am–7:30pm shift in City of Industry, CA. The role focuses on online, sanitation, and receiving inspections to support quality assurance in production.

You will record inspection results, verify parameters, perform GMP hygiene checks, and communicate findings to the QA Manager. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of quality inspection experience, preferably in food.

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a quality inspection role (Food industry preferred).
• Candidate must be able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online inspections and verify parameters according to production, filling and packaging procedures.
• Perform GMP/hygiene inspections and report violations to QA Manager.
• Conduct sanitation inspections, ATP tests and environmental swabbing; monitor air quality and hygiene.
