The PM Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff compliance with company procedures, delivering high-quality service and products, and maximizing operational results.

This is a full-time position requiring night and weekend availability.

*Must currently hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record

*If not currently held, must obtain within 90 days of hire: Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course, an up-to-date Operator's License for the Village of Lake Delton, and food safety certification.

*The role requires the ability to frequently lift up to 50+ pounds and walk approximately 5+ miles per shift.

Essential duties include:

1. Supervising staff, including training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure standards and guest satisfaction.
2. Greeting guests and informing them of specials and new menu items.
3. Maintaining cleanliness, condition, and service standards at all food outlets.
4. Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Reporting issues and feedback to the Sr. Food & Beverage Manager.
6. Overseeing nightly shifts and mastering duties such as bartending, serving, bussing, hosting, and dishwashing.
7. Assisting in overseeing the Food and Beverage Department as the Supervisor on Duty.
8. Managing product ordering and inventory for the assigned outlet.
