Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the night shift at our Lubbock, TX plant. You will drive production, quality, and safety targets while coaching operators and developing leads into future supervisors.

You will own floor safety, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, coordinate changeovers, and partner with QA to resolve issues. The role requires 3+ years of supervising in food manufacturing, with weekend/holiday rotation; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervising experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Experience with perishable food production is ideal.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF or similar standards.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as rotation requires.

Responsibilities

• Run the night shift, leading leads and operators to hit production, quality, and safety targets.
• Own floor safety: enforce procedures, fix unsafe conditions on the spot, lead incident follow-up.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and food safety, collaborate with QA when results are off.
• Coordinate run changes, sanitation, and changeovers with other departments and maintenance.
• Address crew issues: coaching, attendance, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Train new operators and develop leads into future supervisors.
• Track downtime, yield, and efficiency; drive fixes, not just report them.
• Pass a clean handoff to day shift every morning.
