Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a leading food manufacturer in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee daily, high-volume production operations, directing shift personnel and maintaining schedules to ensure product quality and safety compliant with SQF/BRC and OSHA standards.

Qualifications include 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, HACCP/PCQI knowledge, and ERP familiarity (SAP, NetSuite).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in food/bev manufacturing.
• HACCP certification and PCQI strong preferred.
• SQF or BRC audit experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities across high-volume production lines.
• Ensure production schedules, output targets, and OEE metrics are met.
• Monitor critical control parameters throughout the process.
• Lead daily shift huddles and manage line balancing.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance schedules.
• Partner with Sanitation teams for line clearance and audits.
