Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift manufacturing operations at their Humble, TX facility. You will oversee daily production and packaging activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food-related manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills, with bilingual Spanish being a must.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience developing teams, managing performance, and driving employee engagement.
• Bilingual Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Monitor workflow, process performance, staffing, and equipment utilization to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve performance.
