Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Flow Controller to ensure the efficient and timely movement of outbound orders in our distribution center. You will maintain real-time visibility of workload, pick/pack/dock progress, and CPT compliance.

Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00pm–5:30am. Pay rate: $21.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in pre-shift meetings with operations leadership and frontline associates.
• Review outbound systems to identify orders that will become pickable within 2 hours of CPT.
• Perform CPT readiness review 2 hours prior to departure with 30-minute pad time.
• Identify and elevate orders at risk of missing CPT.
• Coordinate with leads to clear dwell issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Send messages to pickers via RF scanners for escalated items.
• Coordinate with leads to chase critical orders and ensure on-time shipments.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance; observe safety rules.
