Job summary

ID Logistics US in Somerset, NJ is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations. The role involves attending pre-shift meetings, monitoring outbound systems, ensuring CPT readiness, and escalating at-risk orders.

You will also handle dwell items with guidance from leads and communicate via RF scanners. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in the pre-shift meeting with operations leadership and frontline associates.
• Review outbound systems to identify non-pickable orders projected to become pickable within 2 hours of CPT.
• Perform CPT readiness review 2 hours prior to departure ensuring 30-minute pad time.
• Identify and elevate any orders at risk of missing CPT.
• Review and resolve pick and pack dwell items including stalled buckets or inactive stations.
• Coordinate with leads to clear dwell issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Send messages to pickers via RF scanners for escalated items.
• Coordinate with pick, pack, and dock leads to chase critical orders.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Wednesday - Sunday 7:00am -- 5:30pm

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
