Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Flow Controller for a Wednesday–Saturday shift from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. The role focuses on customer service and accurate handling of shipments.

You will verify documents, set delivery appointments, process deliveries and loads, and resolve issues with internal staff while maintaining GMP and safety rules. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3 months of customer service experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries.
• Process completed loads.
• Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
• Files paperwork daily.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
