Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician for the Northwest Hospital location in Randallstown, MD. The full-time shift runs 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays; 40 hours weekly. Requires 1 year of floor care experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with online applications accepted. The role focuses on floor maintenance and operation of industrial floor care equipment, contributing to a safe, clean hospital environment.

Competenze

• 1 year of prior floor care experience required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.

Mansioni

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Cleans carpet/upholstery including shampooing, damp surfaces, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
