Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Florida is looking for a housekeeping/maintenance team member to perform hard floor buffing, waxing and carpet cleaning. The role includes stripping and waxing tile floors, scrubbing restrooms, and operating floor-cleaning equipment.

You will be part of a team delivering a clean, welcoming environment for guests. Requirements include at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, ability to work overnights, and experience with floor cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hard floor cleaning, buffing, waxing and carpet cleaning.
• Able to operate floor cleaning machinery safely and follow SOPs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overnight shifts (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) based on park hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Primary function will be hard floor buffing/waxing and carpet cleaning.
• Strip and wax tile floors; scrub restroom floors with a side-by-side scrubber and operate an automatic scrubber.
• Perform cleaning in various areas including offices, restrooms, and storage spaces.
• Follow SOPs and provide efficient, courteous service to park guests.
