Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor care tasks including waxing, stripping, buffing, and routine cleaning. The role requires following safety rules, working with a team, and maintaining equipment and supplies in accordance with procedures.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 pounds and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers. Shift hours include Monday–Thursday 6:00 PM–2:00 AM and Sunday 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with hourly pay in the

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and maintenance.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; report hazards.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment and chemicals per procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and cooperate with team to complete tasks.
• Shift coverage during staff shortages and support lead with punch-list items.
