Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician in the United States (Georgia). The role performs floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, and buffing, following approved standards and procedures.

You will support environmental services and comply with safety rules while delivering quality cleaning across tile, carpet, and brick floors. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, lift up to 35 pounds, and communicate professionally with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Work with team to complete assignments.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Follow company policies and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Interact professionally with leaders, coworkers, customers.
• Complete punch-list items with shift lead support.
• Operate and maintain motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report safety hazards as appropriate.
