Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Floor Technician at the Baltimore area to perform cleaning and floor care tasks at the assigned site. The shift runs 9:30pm–6:00am, with weekend work required, and pay is $25.47 per hour.

You will operate floor machines, apply chemicals, follow safety procedures, and maintain equipment. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to site-specific policies; prior floor tech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of Floor Technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor finishes, applications and removals.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance per contract specifications.
• Operate floor machines and related equipment safely.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies on site.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements at all times.
• Assist with inventory and general custodial duties as needed.
