Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care on Medical Unit 2 during night shifts. This role requires RN licensure in Ohio and BLS certification, with a focus on safety, quality and patient-centered care.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, document assessments and outcomes, and participate in continuous improvement efforts to deliver excellent healthcare.

Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio (OH Board of Nursing)
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• State Driver's License may be required

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis and ongoing health status assessment across diverse patient populations.
• Plan of care development and documentation of expected outcomes.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions with multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in process improvement to enhance clinical quality, safety and efficiency.
• Participate in unit operations and maintain high reliability standards.
• Adapt to changes in job responsibilities as a High Reliability Organization.
