Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MoBap) in St. Louis is seeking a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide care across multiple inpatient units. You will work 3 x 12-hour night shifts with self-scheduling in a Magnet-recognized hospital that emphasizes patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience (required).
• Ability to thrive in a flexible float environment.
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted if enrolled in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness, home care needs and medications.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development.
• Develops and communicates individualized care plans across the interprofessional team.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional and cultural needs of patients.
