Job summary

USAirports Flight Support in Rochester, NY is seeking two part-time flight line service agents for C‑Shift to fuel, deice, tow, and service aircraft at the Frederick Douglass–Greater Rochester International Airport. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Shifts run 9:30pm–6:00am on Tue, Wed and Thu (24 Hours/Week) and 9:30pm–1:30am Thu–Mon (20 Hours/Week). Pay ranges from $18/hr to $22/hr, with NYS Paid Sick Leave for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License, birth certificate and/or passport documentation.
• Able to pass a 10‑year background check and obtain an airport badge.
• Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and deice aircraft and service ground support equipment.
• Tow and park aircraft, direct movement on the ramp.
• Provide shuttle service for passengers and crews as required.
• Maintain ramp cleanliness and security; assist passengers as needed.
• Complete USAirports training modules and perform other duties as assigned.
